9. Scheduling and Cancellation

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be listed in your service agreement. In general:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may qualify for a full refund of any deposit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
10. Disputes with Third Parties and Release
If we use subcontractors or other third-party specialists on your project, disputes connected to their work are governed by the terms of your service agreement with Reno Paint Pros. You release us from claims that fall outside the scope of our written agreement.
11. Intentional False Information
Submitting false contact or address information may create legal liability. You agree to indemnify us for losses and damages caused by false information submitted through the Website.
12. Proprietary Rights

Non-arbitrable disputes must be brought in state or federal courts in Washoe County, Nevada.
22. International Use
The Website is operated from Reno, Nevada, U.S. If you access it from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk. Our services are available only in the Reno, Sparks, and greater Washoe County area.
23. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
